Analysis was performed by two-way ANOVA for repeated measures.With regard to saliva HBD-2, there were significant main effects of time (all four variables; P<0.001) and of session (concentration, secretion ratio; P<0.001, osmolalityratio; P=0.007 and protein ratio; P=0.014) and the time×session interaction effect (all four variables; P<0.001).
